As of 2015, citizens may use any early voting location to cast an early vote, according to the Chicago Board of Election Commissioners. Dozens of these locations exist, and some are going to be more convenient than others.

Each ward has an early polling location, so finding out the voter's correct ward is the first step. From there, the Board of Election Commissioners website can point voters in the direction of the closest polling place. These polling locations are open on Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and available on certain Sundays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
