What airlines offer military discounts?

Most major airlines offer military discounts on fares and fees for members of the armed forces. The airlines providing discounts include American Airlines, Jet Blue, Southwest Airlines, United Airlines, Delta and U.S. Airways.

Many of the airlines also allow immediate family members of military personnel to use the discount. Almost all will require the military ID number at the time of booking. Other limitations may apply, such as time of discharge status and leave granted to the military personnel. More details regarding the requirements and scope of the discounts are found on either the airline's website or by calling the airlines directly.
