Does Amazon have stores in the United States?
By Forinfos - 13/03/2026 - 0 comments
As of June 2015, Amazon has one store located in Indiana. The store is on the campus of Purdue University in West Lafayette and allows Amazon Student subscribers to pick up and drop off items that have been ordered online.
The store in West Lafayette does not keep a fixed inventory in stock, making it more like a larger staffed version of the Amazon Lockers found in some cities. Amazon has pickup lockers in California, Texas, Oregon, Pennsylvania and Virginia.
Amazon also opens temporary holiday kiosks at certain shopping malls. The kiosks focus on selling Kindle and other Amazon electronic devices.
