Amy Robach has been married to Andrew Shue, actor and former "Melrose Place" star, since 2010. Before Shue, Robach was married to Tim McIntosh, who is also an actor. Robach and McIntosh divorced in 2008 and have two daughters.

Robach was well-known as a news anchor on the NBC weekend broadcast of "Today." After nine years on the program, she left to join ABC news in 2012. Speaking on the ABC broadcast of "Good Morning America" in November 2013, Robach shocked viewers by announcing that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer.
