Where do bed bugs come from?
By Forinfos - 18/05/2026 - 0 comments
Bed bugs are not carried by humans, but rather by people's belongings; people usually inadvertently pick them up in luggage or furniture and move them around. Therefore, contrary to popular belief, cleanliness and hygiene are not factors in the presence of bed bugs.
Bed bugs spread easily, often by circumstances such as disturbance, food shortage or lack of harboring space. When they need to migrate, they cling to objects such as purses, suitcases and laptop bags, which is why travelers must watch for them when staying in hotel rooms. Bed bugs do not carry communicable diseases, and the only health risk they pose are itchy bites.
