What are the benefits of MoneySkill for young adults?

The benefit of MoneySkill is that it teaches students about personal finance and money management. It is an interactive online curriculum developed by the American Financial Services Association Education Foundation. It is designed to educate high school and college students in general and specific money-management theory and practice.

Students learn through reality-based modules covering content areas such as income, retirement, investing and taxes. They program also covers the financial fundamentals of home buying, credit and insurance. Students are able to project their own financial expectancies through a life simulation module. Frequent quizzes are offered to measure the student's grasp of the particular material.

MoneySkill is free and available for use by parents and teachers.
