Where does the Bible talk about reaping what you sow?

The Bible uses the common expression, "you reap what you sow" in a number of different instances throughout the Old and New Testaments, including Galatians 6:7, 2 Corinthians 9:6, and Job 4:8, among others. The phrase is sometimes stated directly, such as in Galatians 6:7, while at other times it is implied, such as in Job 4:8 where Job's friend says, "Those who plow iniquity and sow trouble reap the same."

The expression is further developed into a moral theology by Jesus. For example, Jesus says in Luke 6:38 and Mark 4:24 that people will be judged by God with the same standards by which they judged others.
