What is a black Lab-Rottweiler mix called?

A black Labrador and Rottweiler mix is called a Labrottie. These dogs may also be known as Labweilers or Rottadors.

Labrotties need lots of attention, and they make good companion dogs as they are friendly and interested in all that is going on in the home. They are protective of their owners and are strong, so they need to be trained to be obedient. Labrotties are black or chocolate brown in color. Their fur is very thick as they have a double coat made up of two layers of hair. Unlike purebred Labradors, many Labrotties do not like to swim.
