After retiring from host duties of "The Price Is Right," Bob Barker continued his work in animal rights activism. He donated $1 million for the transportation of three African elephants from the Toronto Zoo to the California animal sanctuary, PAWS, in 2013.
Additionally, Barker wrote an autobiography in 2009 titled "Priceless Memories" that covered his childhood, love life and career. He returned to the "The Price Is Right" that year to promote the book. Barker also returned to "The Price Is Right" for one show on April Fool's Day in 2015. Barker spent 35 years as a game show host before retiring in 2007.
