Babies can eat tuna fish. Tuna fish has many benefits, and babies can start eating it as early as 6 months old. However, parents must be careful not to feed babies too much fish.
Tuna fish can provide a lot of nutrients, but babies shouldn't have fish on a daily basis. Although tuna fish contains omega-3 fatty acids and other nutrients to help them grow, it also has high levels of mercury, which isn't good for babies. Tuna fish doesn't pose a health hazard as long as the portions remain small, and babies don't eat it more than once or twice per week.
