Where can I buy rue?
By Forinfos - 14/01/2026 - 0 comments
According to Consumer Reports, rue is available from herbal websites or is found in medicinal shops called "botanicas" that sell traditional Latino home remedies. Although rue is used to treat a variety of ailments, Consumer Reports recommends not using it because of the many side effects.
When ingested, rue can cause stomach problems and kidney and liver damage. Topically, rue can cause rashes and sun sensitivity. WebMD has declared rue unsafe for medicinal use, but safe if it is consumed in food. Rue is also known as ruda, common rue or herb-of-grace. It can be found in many parts of the world.
