As of 2015, the Creditors Collection Service is available by telephone at 888-212-8010. Office hours are 8 a.m to 8 p.m Monday through Saturday, according to CCS. Send emails to collect@ccsroanoke.com, and mail written correspondence and payments to CSS, P.O. Box 21504, Roanoke, VA 24018.

CCS is a third party debt collection service located in Virginia. Online payments are made at ccspay.com. Access the payment webpage by clicking on the Click Here prompt on the right hand side of the main webpage, instructs CCS. Online payments require a CCS master number, the account holder's Social Security number, pin number and either a checking account number and associated routing number or a valid credit card.
