At Kane County Courthouse in Geneva, Ill., residents can handle business such as arbitration, small claims, probate and foreclosures, in addition to family law cases, personal injury cases and cases involving juveniles. Teaching and employment certificates are also available at the courthouse.
The Kane County Courthouse is located at 100 South Third Street, Geneva, IL 60134, and can be reached at (630) 232-3413, as of 2014. It's home to the Civil Division of the 16th Circuit Court. The courthouse is open from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. The building is handicap accessible, and it does not operate as a shelter.
