Websites such as Bankrate, Forbes and Richest Lifestyle provide listings of major U.S. banks as of February 2015. Banks are generally listed on each site in ranked order according to total assets.

Bankrate lists the 10 biggest banks in the United States, starting from the 10th-ranked State Street Corporation, with $282.32 billion in assets, and moving up to JPMorgan Chase at the top, with $2.52 trillion in assets. Forbes starts at the top with JPMorgan Chase and moves through the next biggest banks, with TD Bank US Holding Company in 10th place. The Richest Lifestyle site also lists banks from the 10th to the first based on assets, with State Street at 10th and JPMorgan Chase at first.
