Can you find a lost Verizon phone with GPS?

Locate a lost Verizon phone by using a locator app built into the operating system, such as the Find My iPhone app for iOS. Alternatively, third-party apps such as Lookout or SeekDroid can track Android phones online or remotely lock them.

Through the Find My Phone app, you can use the GPS feature to determine the approximate location of the lost phone and view it on a map after logging in to the iCloud service with your Apple ID. The down side of the built-in GPS locator apps is that you have to enable them from the phone's settings beforehand.
