Can you view your MoneyPak card balance by using an ATM?

As of 2015, it is not possible to use an ATM to check a Green Dot MoneyPak card balance. Users can check the balance by calling the number on the back of the card or by receiving a text message on a cellular phone.

To receive a text message with an up-to-date available card balance, users can send the text message "BAL" plus the last four digits of the user's Social Security number to 43411. Green Dot then sends a message with the latest available balance. Users can also check the card balance online by logging in to their Green Dot accounts.
