Can you register for PayPal by using your Visa card online?

Users can set up PayPal accounts by linking a Visa card as a form of payment. Other acceptable forms of payment include MasterCard, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club and American Express cards, as well as bank accounts.

To set up a PayPal account, visit the PayPal website and click Sign Up. Select the type of account to create: Personal or Business. Choose a country and enter an email address to establish the account. Once the account is active, use the Wallet function to add individual credit cards, debit cards or bank accounts as forms of payment through PayPal. PayPal can be used with various vendors for online transactions.
