The easiest way to pay a Charter bill is to do so through the company's website. There, customers can set up a one-time payment or set their account to Auto Pay, which automatically deducts the amount of the bill from a checking or savings account. To take advantage of the online bill payment service, customers must register for an account by going to "My Account" on the website.
