Can you pay your PTCL bill via mail, or do you have to pay online?

PTCL does not accept payments by mail, but customers can pay their bills directly through the Pakistan Post Office. PTCL states that this is one of the safest ways to pay the monthly bill.

Customers can pay their PTCL bills online, through direct debit, at a drop-box facility or through internet banking. There are drop boxes located at most of the PTCL branches, and customers can place a check attached to their monthly bill in the box, and their payments will be processed the next day. The direct debit option is when PTCL automatically debits an active checking or savings account each month, on the same day for the amount due that month.
