Subway card reloading is done online by visiting the website on the back of the card, or by going to a participating restaurant. There is also a Subway app that allows customers to reload their accounts by using a credit card. A staff member at participating Subway locations can check the balance of a Subway card. Balances are also available through the website on the back of the card or by calling the number.
