Where can you find a weight chart?

A weight chart for men and women above the age of 18 can be found at the NHS Choices website. The chart can be used to check an individual's height and weight ratio.

The chart available from NHS Choices measures weight in stones and kilograms and height in feet and inches as well as centimeters. The weight chart has zones for underweight, healthy weight, overweight, obese and very obese. From the chart, someone who is 6 feet and weighs 12 stones is in the healthy weight range. However, someone who is 6 feet in height and weighs 18 stones is in the chart's obese zone.
