Where can you find a wolf habitat in the United States?

A wolf habitat can be found at Yellowstone National Park, which is located in northern Wyoming. Wolf habitats can also be found in Alaska, northern Michigan, northern Wisconsin and northern Idaho. Western Montana, northeast Oregon, eastern Arizona and southwest New Mexico are also home to wolf habitats.

Wolves require large areas to roam, which can include brush, deserts, mountainous terrain and forests found in wolf habitats. They live in packs and hunt together, and they travel as far as they need to in order to locate their prey. These packs are typically made up of as many as 15 members.
