Has the CBS series "The Good Wife" been cancelled?

"The Good Wife" has not been cancelled, according to E! Online, which in May 2015 reported that CBS has ordered a seventh season of the show. The same article states that one of the stars of the show, Matt Czuchry, signed a contract for seasons seven and eight.

"The Good Wife" is a drama starring Julianna Margulies, who plays Alicia Florrick, the wife of a disgraced politician, played by Chris Noth. The show follows Alicia and her family as she re-enters the workforce in her original career as a defense attorney after a number of years spent raising her children and supporting her husband.
