What is a ceramic oven?

Another type of ceramic oven is a brick oven. For centuries, the Italians have used brick ovens to cook food such as bread and pizza.

Modern ceramic ovens are more high-tech. Brands like Big Green Egg and Grill Dome have a hard-wearing ceramic glazed surface that can last for years.
