What is a cherry willow tree?

A cherry willow tree is a type of weeping willow tree with pink flowers that grow along the weeping branches. It is a fast-growing tree that reaches heights of 20 to 30 feet.

The pink flowers of the cherry willow tree appear in spring. Once the flowers die and fall to the ground, the dark green, 3-inch lance-shaped leaves become visible. In the fall, the leaves turn a yellow to red color and small ebony fruit appears.
