How do you clean UGGs?

Clean UGGs by applying UGG Sheepskin Cleaner and Conditioner to the exterior of the boots, then rinsing them clean. Place balls of newspaper inside the boots to help them retain their shape. Let the boots dry for a day or two before wearing them again.

1. Prepare the boots for cleaning

   Dampen the exterior of the UGGs with cold water. Be careful not to soak the boots through.

2. Apply UGG Sheepskin Conditioner and Cleaner

   Squirt some of the cleanser onto a clean, dry brush or sponge, then gently scrub the exterior of the boots clean. Focus on the entire surface of the UGGs, not just the problem spots. Spot clean heavily stained areas a second time. Once finished, use another clean sponge to remove any remaining residue.

3. Rinse the UGGs clean

   Run cold water over the boots until the water appears clear. Do not be worried if the boots lose their shape or sag.

4. Shape the UGGs

   Wad balls of newspaper, paper or paper towels into the boots to recreate the correct shape. Boot shapers also work well, but paper products help the boots to dry faster.

5. Dry the boots

   Place the boots in a cool, ventilated place to dry. Do not put them in the heater or in direct sunlight. Drying can take at least 24 hours.
