Does coffee raise blood pressure?
By Forinfos - 21/04/2026 - 0 comments
According to WebMD, coffee can raise blood pressure, but it also has some health benefits. Drinking coffee has been found to reduce risks for heart attacks, stroke and heart disease.
Increasing or decreasing coffee consumption levels based on studies would be premature because while researchers did find positive benefits from drinking caffeinated coffee, the reasons are unclear. Some studies were also based on a small group of participants, such as one group that had only 27 members and found improved blood flow in small blood vessels. Wider studies would be required to determine a positive relationship between coffee drinking and any improved health benefits.
