When Coke is poured on fresh pork, do worms come out of it?

The notion that pouring Coca-Cola over a piece of raw pork causes worms to crawl from the meat is an urban legend. It has no basis in fact.
Raw pork can harbor the larvae of the Trichinella worm, but it is not a common occurrence. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention notes that fewer than 12 cases of trichinosis from pork consumption occurred annually between 1997 and 2001. If a piece of meat happens to be infected with Trichinella worms, pouring a can of Coke on it might cause the worms to crawl out, but most domestically raised pork is reliably free of worms and Coca-Cola itself does not cause worms.
