There are few reported problems with the Lexus ES 350, but CarComplaints.com states that the most-cited issue is the throttle getting stuck under the floor mat.

The Lexus ES 350 has reports of the steering wheel motor breaking and the sunroof exploding. There is a distracting and unwanted reflection in the side mirrors of some cars. Also, there are reports of noisy fuel injectors during a cold start and blown engines. Additional complaints include broken door handles and paint being scraped off the rear door jambs. The 2007 and 2013 models have the largest number of reported problems, according to CarComplaints.com.
