What do you get for completing the Jack in the Box customer survey?

Customers who complete the Jack in the Box guest satisfaction survey receive a validation code redeemable for two free tacos. The survey is available at JackListens.com.

A valid Jack in the Box purchase receipt no older than three days is required to complete the survey. Consumers must enter a 14-digit code located near the middle of the receipt, and the date and time of the purchase. After answering a series of questions about details and satisfaction level with the visit, customers must enter their contact information. Upon completion of the survey, a code is generated for the user to write down on the old receipt. Jack in the Box venues redeem this code for two free tacos.
