Ainsley Earhardt divorced her first husband, Kevin Wayne McKinney, in 2010. They first filed for divorce in 2007, only two years after marrying. Earhardt married former Clemson University football player, Will Proctor, in 2012.

Kevin Wayne Mckinney and Ainsley Earhardt, both graduates of the University of South Carolina, ran into problems early in their marriage and filed for divorce. The same year in which she filed her divorce, Ainsley also landed her job at Fox News. As of 2015, she is still working for Fox News Channel. In June 2015 she announced on the air that she is expecting a baby in November.
