How did Benson Idahosa die?

Benson Andrew Idahosa died suddenly of unknown causes in 1998. He was born to a poor family and was considered unhealthy ever since his childhood.

Idahosa was so sick as a young child that his mother was told by her husband to throw him away, which she did. His parents separated for a short time when she took him back into the house.

Benson Andrew Idahosa is considered the father of Nigerian Pentecostalism and preached in 125 countries during his lifetime. When he preached, he often talked about how he was so poor that he could only afford his first pair of shoes at the age of 18.
