Did Jan Crouch Celebrate Paul Crouch's death beforehand?

Legal documents in a civil case filed in Orange County Superior Court allege that Jan Crouch, the wife of the late Trinity Broadcasting Network head Paul Crouch Sr., celebrated her husband's impending death while he was in the hospital with congestive heart failure. He died in 2013.

Evidence in the lawsuit includes a photograph, in which Jan Crouch holds a handwritten letter composed by her husband on his supposed deathbed. In the letter, the patriarch specified his wishes to pass the future leadership of TBN to his son, Matthew Crouch. The letter ousted Paul Crouch, Jr., the expected heir to the TBN presidency, in favor of his brother.
