Tom Joyner married his second wife, Donna Richardson, on July 29, 2000. Previously he was married to Dora Chatmon. He divorced Dora in 1996 and Donna in 2012. He has two children from his first marriage: Thomas Jr. and Oscar.

Born on Nov. 23, 1949, Tom Joyner is a radio host and is popular for his program “The Tom Joyner Morning Show.” He is also the founder of the Tom Joyner Foundation, REACH Media Inc., and BlackAmericaWeb.com. Joyner won the NAB Marconi Radio Award in 2004 and the Humanitarian Award at the 2015 BET Awards. He is also the recipient of numerous hall of fame awards, including The National Radio Hall of Fame, International Civil Rights Walk of Fame and Official R&B Music Hall of Fame.
