Dylan Dreyer married Brian Fichera on Oct. 6, 2012, at the Cathedral of the Holy Cross in Boston, Massachusetts. The wedding reception was held at the State Room in Boston.

Dreyer met Fichera when they both worked at WHDH-TV, an NBC affiliate station in Boston. Fichera was an in-studio technician, and Dreyer worked as a morning meteorologist. They got engaged on July 15, 2011, at Fichera’s parents’ house.

Shortly before the marriage in 2012, Dreyer moved to New York to work on the "Weekend Today" show as a weather anchor. She is an occasional weather correspondent on the "Today" show.
