Forms available on the IRS website can be viewed using a PDF viewer, the IRS notes. Taxpayers can choose to download and print these forms directly to their computers. Taxpayers also have the option of easily ordering tax forms from the IRS by calling the toll-free number. Most orders arrive within seven to 10 days, the IRS explains.
