Who is Dr. Octagonapus?

Dr. Octogonapus is a character that serves as a parody of the Spiderman villain Doctor Octopus. He first appeared in the Youtube video series "THE LAZER COLLECTION" by Dominic Fera. Within the video series, Dr. Octogonapus' character is focused completely on killing people using his shoop da whoop power.

As of 2014, Dr. Octogonapus has appeared in various Lazer Collection videos as a parody villain, with four mechanical arms. In "Lazer Collection 1," he kills Spider-Man after the latter loses his powers. Octagonapus also accidentally kills his son Randal with shoop da whoop. He has become a minor Internet meme, with appearances in various parody videos.
