What is a dwarf oleander?

By Forinfos - 10/02/2025 - 0 comments

A dwarf oleander is a small-sized oleander plant bred for compact spaces. Growing to a height of 3 or 4 feet tall, the dwarf oleander is easy to prune and manage. An evergreen, cold-hardy plant, the oleander has pastel pink flowers that cover the entire plant when in bloom.

The dwarf oleander prefers full sun and well-drained locations, and once established, it is very drought-tolerant. The dwarf oleander blooms all year on and off but tends to bloom the most during warm weather. Oleanders are poisonous to both animals and humans when ingested. The sap of a dwarf oleander can be irritating to the skin as well; it is best to wear gloves when handling.
