How early can you feel fetal movements when pregnant with twins?

Fetal movements when pregnant with twins generally becomes noticeable from weeks 18 through 20, notes WebMD. Women who have been pregnant before may recognize the movement sooner than those who are pregnant for the first time, simply because they know what it feels like.
However, the American Pregnancy Association says that some mothers can feel their babies moving as soon as 13 weeks from the date of the last menstrual period. The movements feel like flutters and are referred to clinically as "quickening."
Some women may not feel their babies moving until they are 25 weeks pregnant, so there is a broad range of normalcy in fetal movement, notes the American Pregnancy Association.
