The Vauxhall Corsa's recommended oil is full synthetic dexos2 ESP 0W-40. This specific oil moves through the engine faster than conventional oils, according to the Mobil 1 website.
Dexos2 full synthetic oil has a greater longevity than conventional motor oils. It also has a lighter consistency and increases the lubrication of the engine's internal components, allowing the engine to reach its optimal operating speed quicker and increasing the overall gas mileage performance of the car.
Not only does dexos2 oil work with both diesel and petrol versions of the Corsa, but it is also backwards compatible with older General Motors oil types.
