What foods should be given to a mynah bird?

Pet mynah birds should be fed a diet consisting primarily of fruits and vegetables. Apples, strawberries, blueberries, pears, grapes, bananas and mangos are all suitable fruits for mynah birds, as long as they are washed, rinsed and dried. Kale, carrots, corn and sweet potatoes are examples of suitable vegetables.

It's important that any food given to mynah birds is cut into small pieces that are easy to swallow, as mynah birds cannot break up food on their own. Fruits and vegetables that are high in iron or high in vitamin C should be avoided, as they can damage the health of mynah birds.
