Are there guided tours of Auschwitz?
By Forinfos - 23/02/2025 - 0 comments
Visitors to Auschwitz have the option to schedule a guided tour. Groups are required to use an official Auschwitz tour guide to visit the grounds, with options for several languages including French, German, English, Italian and Japanese. Individuals may also opt for a guided tour.
The general Auschwitz guided tours last about 3 1/2 hours and cover most of Auschwitz I and Auschwitz II-Birkenau. One-day or two-day study tours are also available for a more in-depth tour of both sites. These tours last longer and visit more places than the general Auschwitz tours. Due to high demand for the guided tours of the Auschwitz sites, visitors are encouraged to make reservations ahead of time.
