Some tours from Krakow, Poland, to Auschwitz include the Krakow Super Saver and the Auschwitz-Birkenau Half-Day Tour. As of 2015, both of these tours are available to book online.
The Krakow Super Saver tour includes a half-day tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp and a half-day tour of the Wieliczka Salt Mine. At the concentration camp, visitors see the barracks and watch an in-depth film on the camp and the Jews who were held there. The salt mine takes visitors far underground to see unique salt formations.
The half-day tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp lasts around six hours. Visitors see the museum, barracks and gas chambers and get a feel for day-to-day life at this camp.
