Ann Marie "Ree" Drummond hosts the television show Pioneer Woman on the Food Network. She hosts and writes a blog, ThePioneerWoman.com, and wrote the cookbook, The Pioneer Woman Cooks: Recipes from an Accidental Country Girl. Additionally, she wrote the 2011 memoir, Black Heels to Tractor Wheels — A Love Story.

Drummond, a former city resident turned country resident, gives a cooking perspective on her show based on country cooking meets cosmopolitan elegance. The show premiered on August 27, 2011, and features guest appearances by members of her family. Her blog focuses on her daily life and includes recipes, photos, homeschooling ideas, home and garden tips.
