Patsy Cline has two children, Julie and Randolph. Both of Patsy's children are with her second husband, Charlie Dick, whom she married after divorcing her first husband, Gerald.

Patsy Cline married her first husband, Gerald, in 1953. In 1956, Patsy met Charlie Dick, while she was still married to Gerald. After divorcing Gerald, Patsy married Charlie in 1957 and had Julie in 1958 and Randolph in 1961.

Patsy's career often conflicted with her family priorities. After having children, Patsy disliked the amount of time she traveled away from her children for work. Patsy Cline died in a plane crash in 1963 at the age of 31.
