As of 2015, actress Jennifer Aniston does not have any children and denies tabloid reports that she secretly adopted a baby girl with her husband, Justin Theroux. Aniston and Theroux got married during a surprise ceremony in August 2015, and Jimmy Kimmel was the wedding's officiant.

In 2014, Aniston stated that she constantly answers questions about becoming a mother but feels that it is unfair for the public to ask about her private intentions regarding parenthood with Theroux. She explained to People Magazine that there are numerous reasons why couples do not have children and suggested that she did not want to discuss the topic.
