When was Hum TV founded?

Hum TV is a part of the Hum Network Limited that was founded in February 2004; Hum TV started its broadcast on January 17, 2005. In October 2004, the Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority provided the network with the license to operate Hum TV as an international satellite television channel.

Hum TV has three international channels targeted for three different regions, including Hum World, Hum Mena and Hum Europe, as of 2015. Hum World broadcasts in North America, Australia and New Zealand. A 24-hour entertainment channel, Hum TV features several shows, such as “Tumhari Natasha,” “Mohabbat Aag Si,” “Kitna Satatey Ho,” “Jago Pakistan Jago” and “Kaisay Tum Say Kahoo.”
