Switching to Huntington Bank may be worth it, according to reviewers who say the bank treats its customers very well. However, other customers say the staff is cruel and unhelpful.

A reviewer on CreditKarma.com notes that the bank is up-to-date, since it offers most of its services online. Another reviewer, however, says the bank forgets to remind its customers about monthly payments.
