Interior paneling sheets are used as insulation, covering and to enhance the interior decor of a room. They cover up electrical insulation. Often, the paneling is wood and used to confer a more vintage feel to the modern home.

Interior paneling sheets come in several different materials. Plywood is preferred when temperature changes are significant, because it doesn't contract or expand as the room becomes warmer or more humid. Materials must be strong enough to support part of the structure to which they are attached. Interior paneling sheets can be whitewashed or come in a wide variety of wood grains for design preferences.
