What is an Intertherm baseboard heater?
By Forinfos - 03/03/2026 - 0 comments
An Intertherm baseboard heater is an electric heater placed along the baseboard of a wall that produces heat through convection for a quiet, reliable heat source. The Intertherm brand is owned by Nordyne, which was renamed Nortek Global HVAC in Janaury 2015.
Intertherm baseboard heaters are easy to install in any home and work best when placed under a window and at least 12 inches from all hanging drapes and furniture. The heaters can be installed directly on the floor and mounted to a wall. This type of unit is useful for maximizing surface area and funnelling heated air for efficient use of energy.
